The former ceo of L’occitane’s back to cosmetics. Emmanuel Osti, along with the fund CVC Capital Partners, tantea the purchase of The Body Shop to L’oréal for 650 million pounds (790,2 million dollars).
Osti and CVC are not the only ones who could buy the chain of cosmetic. Private investment funds – Advent International and Apax Partners, owner of Karl Lagerfel, would also be probing the acquisition of The Body Shop.
