After three months of closure due to restoration works, the House of the environment at néchin reopens its doors offering its new program 2017-2018 25 activities. All presented on a sheet on A3 recycled paper, of course, which will be distributed in all mailboxes of Estaimpuis.
The ” Nat’Agenda “, which follows the natural elements, the beautiful birds, gardens and the aquatic life of our waterways, not to mention the break-times-children’s Nature. Among the topics that will be covered included : the swallows, the birds singing, the history of vegetable life in the earth, or even freshwater fish.
Agenda ” 21 ” (21th century), speaks on topical issues in connection with our health, the environment and sustainable development. The program, including : the impact on our health of endocrine disruptors present in many consumer products and in our homes, the pollution generated by the textile industry, the expected effects of global warming… With the solutions outlined through workshops : natural cleaning products, recycling – couture, and the Slow Cosmetics
“History of the garden, from yesterday to today “
Community gardens, shared, workers… bloom again here and there in Wallonia picardy. A mode effect ? Christian Ducattillon, Director at CARAH, invites you to turn back and to follow the evolution of our gardens for over a century. The gaze of an expert on the role of social and environmental that these plots have played in our relation to man, to the Earth.
